How to maintain memory and keep your Palm Pre running smoothly
Monthly maintenance tips

1. Delete excess email and text messages
Consider your email and texts as a convenience, deleting any messages you
don't need to keep handy to on the mobile device.

2.  Move rarely used photos, videos and documents, to your PC

3. Perform a soft reset of your Palm Pre
Refresh your device with a restart. Simply open the Menu to Device Information, swipe down to
Reset Options, select Restart. You may also hold the power button down for five seconds to restart.

4. Clean out Temporary Internet Files and cookies
Open the Browser, press the Menu tab; Select Preferences, swipe down to clear cookies and clear
cache. Clear History is optional, but should be done occasionally.
